Why does this man have a cage in his head?

Ibrahim Yücel, 42, of Kütahya in Turkey, has smoked for the past 26 years and despite several attempts to stop, has failed to quit smoking two packs a day. Every year, on the birthdays of his three children and on his wedding anniversary he promised to give up cigarettes, but never went beyond a few days without them. His family, friends and co-workers tried to persuade him to stop smoking, but he just could not do it.

After losing his father to lung cancer caused by smoking, Ibrahim finally realized that losing his life because of cigarettes was not worth it; And still cause pain and put his wife and children in trouble. But the Turkish coach also knew that he did not have the willpower to go out on a whim and came up with a rather unusual solution.

Inspired by motorcycle helmets, he decided to build a metal rod cage that would stop him from smoking no matter how much he craved a cigar.
