Prisoner hides cell phone in anus for magazine, but phone rang

A Sri Lankan prisoner hid a cell phone in his rectum during a cell inspection. But he was betrayed by the touch of the device just as the guards scoured the place!

The 58-year-old detainee was taken to a hospital in Colombo, the capital of the Asian country, where doctors removed his cell phone from his gut. "Unfortunately for him, the phone rang at the wrong time," a prison official said, according to AFP news agency. After two days in the hospital, the subject returned to prison, where he is serving a 10-year sentence for robbery.
